My name is Sarah Taylor, and I am a first year doctoral student in the Child, Youth and Family Studies department.
I am originally from Minden, Nebraska, a rural community in the south central part of the state. Minden is a small community and has a population of about 3,000 people.
I come from a tight-knit family, consisting of my mom, dad, and sister. My parents still live in Minden. My sister is a junior at Doane College in Crete, Nebraska.
When I have spare time, I like to do anything art related, especially painting and drawing.
I am excited to interact with people in India and learn more about their culture. I am especially looking forward to learning more about human trafficking and how it impacts individuals in India.
